John and Pam Miller came to the Big Island with a desire many residents share. They wanted to slow down and enjoy life. John brings a history specializing in REO and Short Sales in both Hawaii and Ca., reselling of luxury homes and commercial real estate in Southern California, and land acquisition for custom homebuilders and investors in California and Hawaii.

Pam spent many years prior to 2008 working as a professional hairdresser, successfully managing and owning salons while having her real estate license. She draws on her time spent beautifying others and consulting with them to achieve the perfect look and translates it into finding the perfect property!

Pam serves the team by keeping the administration, listings, and escrows running smoothly and giving John the tools he needs to continue his track record of high achievement. A track record that is evident not only in his real estate career but also in his fitness career where he’s a three-time Iron Man Kona finisher! Evidently, John’s idea of slowing down and enjoying life takes the form of a 2.4-mile swim, a 112-mile bicycle ride and a marathon 26.22-mile run!
